Babylon Wood。

X5-452. Max is probably the closest thing Alec has to a best friend, and the only person he knows form home in the woods. Honestly, she's probably the only thing that could have actually been used for leverage on him, even though Max was at a point in her timeline when she didn't trust him at all. They had to rebuild their relationship from the start, and while they started to make progress, it still wasn't perfect. But Alec is patient. Even if he doesn't always seem like it.

Peter Burke.

Paternal figure. Alec started off with Peter as he starts off with most things -- being a very endearing pain in the ass. What he likes about Peter is that what he takes he dishes right back, and more to the point, he cares. Alec hasn't had a whole lot of that, and when you can get under his skin bad enough that the "Dad" voice actually works, you know that you're getting somewhere.

Maternal figure. They bonded over kitty instincts, and things grew from there. She wasn't at all pleased when he decided to move into the castle and join Tempest's court, but she cared enough to check in with him from time to time, and he cared enough to feed her whatever information he could. She was definitely on line to becoming part of his family, one way or another.

Jo Harvelle.

Best friend. It started out a little rocky given Alec's similarities to a certain demon hunter, but once they got past that and Dean disappeared, they grew to be pretty close. Jo never let him get away with anything, and he liked that about her. She reminded him a lot of Original Cindy in that way, minus the lesbian tendencies. She was one of his other people in the barracks that he kept in touch with and sent supplies to.

Jessica Hamby.

Alec's first vampire. Alec met Jessica upon her arrival to the Wood, and let her feed off him just enough to hold her over until she could get some other blood. Over the course of their time in the wood together, Alec taught her how to hunt and drain animals for blood so that she didn't have to rely on him, and over time they grew to be pretty close, even after he moved to the castle.

Faith Lehane.

Faith is the one who found him when he first arrived in the wood, and patched up his nasty little bullet wound and introduced him (kind of) to vampires in her roommate, Angel. They had a lot in common with the whole not fitting in perfectly with the rest of the group, and bonded a lot that way. She's one of the people that he missed a lot when she disappeared.

Tempest.

The Princess of Storms. Alec was recruited by Kitsune (and by recruited, we mean coerced) to spy on the Princess and to keep the other fae appraised of her efforts, and Alec was prepared to do it. She applied the right leverage. But after meeting the princess, Alec actually grew to like her a lot. She's inventive, creative, handy with mechanics, and has a thing for cats. She also showed him a lot about the fae world, and explained a great deal of it to him, and he's always going to be thankful for that kind of openness.

Kitsune.

Not a friend. Kitsune is the fae who pressured him into spying on Tempest for her by threatening Max. It's basically a game of chess between the two of them -- Alec is seeing what kind of moves he can make without being too obvious, and she likes to flaunt the fact that the Wood and the Carnival are her native domain, and she knows all the rules while he's still learning them. But Alec is learning them -- he just wasn't in the wood long enough to do anything about it.

Neal Caffrey.

Alec doesn't know Neal that well -- he mostly just knows he's important to Peter and therefore important to Alec. He officially met Neal around the same time he met Tempest, as Peter was looking for him, and Alec used his X5 skills to help. For the most part, he likes the guy -- they have a bit of the same sense of humor, though Neal can be a bit smoother with it, and they both seem to enjoy giving Peter premature heart attacks, so at least there's that.

The Doctor.

Self-proclaimed genius. Alec isn't really entirely sure what to make of this guy, but Murphy vouched for him and said that he was Alec's way out if he runs into trouble, so Alec is going with it. The guy seems to be really smart, however, and Alec appreciates the fact that he's willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, and not judge them just based on what they are, as some people in the woods were inclined to do. (He's looking at you, Desmond.)

Julian Sark.

He's on this list simply because Alec really liked to troll him. It really wasn't much more than that. Alec liked to rub in how incompetent he felt Sark was and never really learned when to shut up about it. If they two of them had ever actually been in the same room together, odds are someone would have gotten shot. He also wasn't thrilled when he heard that Sark was asking Tempest for a gun, but that was another matter entirely.

Rapunzel.

The happiest tiny blond with all the hair. Alec met Rapunzel shortly after she arrived in the woods and he offered to take her to the castle. Alec as a general rule likes happy people, and Rapunzel is definitely that. He also identified with her insatiable curiosity and newness with the world, and they bonded a lot over that. She is another one he missed when she disappeared.

Desmond Descant.

Another guy Alec likes to troll. Alec has his issues with Desmond due to the fact that he's very quick to assume that all fae are bad based on the fact that their fae (and who knows, he might have been speaking from personal experience on that one), and that kind of mindset doesn't sit so well with Alec, but the guy seemed to know what he was talking about, and he kept an eye out for Jo which Alec appreciated. And he was fun to talk to. So at least there was that.

Elle Bishop.

Elle is one of the people who were back and forth in the woods a couple times while Alec was there. They met briefly before she disappeared the first time, and he noted that she was very forward. When she returned the second time, she seemed to be having issues with her natural ability, and Alec did the best he could to try and help her adjust to the woods again. She wasn't there very long again, but he tried to be friends with her while he could.

Dean Winchester.

Guy who has Alec's face. Needless to say, they did not get along well. Eventually they managed to come to an understanding of some kind regarding the fact that Alec was not a shapeshifter, but Alec still thinks the guy has some serious alpha male dominance issues, and the only real reason that Alec was nice to him was because of Jo. He disappeared not long after Alec showed, however, and Alec is pretty sure he was eaten by a bear.

Sam Winchester.

Dean's brother. Alec didn't get to know him very well while he was in the woods, but he actually showd some signs of logic and intelligence instead of jumping to angry conclusions, so Alec liked him more than he liked Dean. This is another case of being on this list because they're important to someone who's vaguely important to Alec.
